SHE

She looked above the sky. Twinkling stars took her thirty years down the memory lane.

        She was young, She was just twelve. Sitting inside her ‘tent home’ , just beside the road and behind the drainage water,looking at the same stars she took a pledge that she will define her tomorrow.

Her dreams were larger than the sky. Her eyes was brighter than the stars. Born in a poor family was never a barrier for her. Morning school and Evening selling toys thats how she designed her own life. Hardwork and dedication finally paid off.

IAS officer madam its dinner time, shall we go? Her son asked.

“oh,sorry beta, ye chaand sitare meri bachpan ka yaad diladiya, anyways lagta h kisiko bhuk lag rha h. Chalo chalte h” she smiled.

The Stars continued to shine without the fear of sunrise.
